Problem

Closes #2 Close #3

Additionally, users may accidentally delete their database without exposing or enabling the database deletion protection option.

Solution

Features:

Deletion protection toggle for the database via the enable_deletion_protection Terraform variable.

Improvements:

DB_HOST environment variable no longer includes the database port number
DB_PORT environment variable includes the database port number

Bug Fixes:

Automatic security group IP whitelisting to allow database access via the my_ipv4 Terraform variable.
