Reset method for houseprint #121

Yesterday I heard that there was new information to be added to the houseprint spreadsheet. As said in opengridcc/website#3 there is no way to update the houseprint while the website is running. So I thought to implement a ‘reset houseprint’ method and put a button on our super secret admin page on the website.
