Update Forecast.io-wrapper to Dark Sky #146

I received a mail today by Dark Sky, the new company that once was called Forecast.io. They have changed their names, but also their API endpoint name... so I'll have to investigate and update the weather data collector.

Checked and verified: old API still works (and will keep working for the foreseeable future), the python-forcastio library will also keep working. No need for us to update.
