@chungquantin I don't recommend doing pencil and whiteboard style at this stage. It's too hard and takes too long for the majority of developers to learn and find a job, the pencil and whiteboard are for engineers. I think we should focus more on building the mindset of OOP and FP. It's more practical for developers to make money fast. I would say after we get at least 10 hardcore contributors, we can start doing something like this.
