Added title to update section, to make it stand out a little more

A new heading will not help, but I will move this to the top. Fortunately, the manual instructions should not be needed much longer.

I'm my view a heading will help: a) Draws the readers attention to the fact that what follows is something slightly different than the installation instructions that preceded. b) Highlights the small single sentence paragraph, ensuring it doesn't get lost in the rest of the page c) Perhaps most usefully enables linking directly in the community forum posts

Moving it to the top should also help.

I will change the main heading to 'Installation or Upgrade' and move the docker and upgrade message to the top above the Core heading. There are several other changes I've made to this page to include info about the beta Jython addon.
