Add .gitignore and name change "But-How-Do-I...-%3F.md"

1) .gitignore helps prevent uploading of files that should remain local.

2) Renaming the documentation file "But-How-Do-I...-%3F.md" to a file name that's valid also on a Windows file system.

I think we'll need to add a README.md file to the /automation/jython/ directory for it to show up. I had to do that for some other empty directories.

@besynnerlig, you did not sign your commits. I added this to the repo recently, as this would be something required if/when this becomes an official OH repo. I'll merge this in without, but keep this in mind for the future.
