support (add-on) for SEMSPortal / GoodWe power converters #10098

I was looking for an add-on for GoodWe solar panels and did not find one. I did ind that other people are looking for the same. There is some good work in one forum discussion: https://community.openhab.org/t/connecting-goodwe-solar-panel-inverter-to-openhab/85480 but it includes scripts and might be too tricky for some of the openhab users. I've used the knowledge in that topic to create my first add-on for it. I'd like to share the add-on.

hi, I was thinking to do the same at some point, but i lack the time for the moment. If needed i can do some testing on my system.
