[draytonwiser] Support heatChannel3 #11173

Drayton Wiser 3-channel hub model WT734R (part of Wiser Thermostat Kit 3 WT734R9K0902) supports 3 channels, where channel 1 and 3 control two heating zones, and channel 2 hot water. Current binding does not support the 3rd channel. It would be good to add support for heatChannel3Demand and heatChannel3DemandState.

If a test version is available, I would be happy to give it a go on my set-up.

I guess this is still something that can be added to the binding as i have not found a PR to get this fixed. Do you know if there is some documentation available as this seems like fixable.
