[openthermgateway] Add support for Ventilation/Heat Recovery and Solar Boiler units #11202

With OpenTherm protocol v3.0 support was added for Ventilation/Heat Recovery and Solar Boiler units, but the OpenThermGateway binding currently only supports Central Heating Boiler and Thermost units.

The general idea is to create a Bridge for the connection to the OpenTherm Gateway device and then add separate Things for the Central Heating Boiler, Ventilation/Heat Recovery and Solar Boiler units.

I am already working on the Bridge part and support for Ventilation/Heat recovery.

The request for support for Ventilation/Heat Recovery units started with a post on the community forum by Tomek Krzyzak on March 11. Since then several users have joined in on testing new versions. I am currently finishing up coding and testing and will then submit a PR.
