[tacmi] Provide access via the JSON API (and additional doc) #13388

There is a JSON API, which works quite nice, although they have an undocumented poll-rate (I didn't make any experiments about the actual rate): https://wiki.ta.co.at/C.M.I._JSON-API

That documentation also has a id to unit mapping, which is currently missing (last table on https://github.com/openhab/openhab-addons/tree/main/bundles/org.openhab.binding.tacmi#user-content-ta-cmi-coe-connection-1).

This is less a feature-request, than documentation that this would be a nice feature. ;)
