[tradfri] Dirigera hub support #15091

Hi, the new dirigera hub has been released since last november, is there any plans on adding support in openhab ? That would really neat to have !

I would like the same as I am thinking about switching over to the new Dirigera hub as new Products such as the "VINDSTYRKA" Air quality sensor do only work with the new hub and not the old one.
