[miio] support for viomi.vacuum.v10 #16523

Please add config to support mii Vacuum mop p (https://www.mi.com/in/mi-robot-vacuum-mop-p/) which shows up as viomi.vacuum.v10. This results in recognizing it as unsupported device.

in the channel screen, can you switch on the ' create experimental support' for the miot device (don't use the legacy device one)

It will most likely create the necessary files to make your device work. Once working, please test the various channels and feedback the created file and any non-working channels. (see readme for more details if needed)
