[pioneeravr] Addition of Speaker Selection Command #7649

[PioneerAVR] The current binding doesn't support the ability to select the different speaker channels that is supported on various Pioneer systems. This is a critical feature for multi room setups. Would be great to get this feature added. Some details for my set up:

Device: Pioneer VSX-1120 Feature: Select SPEAKER A or SPEAKER B or SPEAKER A+B

My model is VSX924, command is *SPK (SPEAKERS A ON, B ON, A+B ON).
