[openhabcloud] local base URL configuration #8589

Summary Provide a new configuration parameter for openhabcloud connector for defining the local base URL Current version 2.5.9 only provide possibility to configure remote base URL, but not for local URL. http://localhost is hard-coded.

For complex environment some reverse proxy in front of openhab instance could be useful. For this use case a new conf parameter is needed.

Looking at some older requests and i see this one.

I have a hard time to understand what you want to achieve. But maybe (due to the age) the situation has completely changed. Anyway, i don;t see any hardcoded url to localhost. the openhabcloud connector only has 1 parameter: https://www.openhab.org/addons/integrations/openhabcloud/
