[ojelectronics] Provide comfortable choice between various types of Cloud-Version to use #9547

There are various cloud-versions hosted by ojelectronics. They for example also provide their cloud-service for wifi-thermostats of Schlüter (Schlüter-DITRA-HEAT-E-R-WIFI). The app looks exactly the same and the ojelectronics addon also works.

But: You have to know the right API-settings (default-settings of the binding do not work). Getting them is quite clumpys, so wouldn't it be nice to have a selection in the bindings settings what kind of device you are using?

What is the API-Key for the Schlueter API ? Was this binding ever successfully added ?
