Incorrect value of AlarmClock

Actual behaviour

Phone time zome GMT+3

For example, current time 20:40 pm (GMT+3)

1. set an alarm clock no more than 30 minutes later, set alarm clock to 20:43. it is ok. AlarmClock is 17:43 pm (GMT0)
2. set your alarm 30 minutes in advance, but more than an hour in advance. set alarm clock to 20:59. FAIL. AlarmClock is 18:34 pm (GMT0). 3 hours and 15 minutes difference, not 3 hours
3. set the alarm for 60 minutes ahead and beyond. FAIL. set alarm clock to 21:40 pm, FAIL. AlarmClock is 17:40 pm. 4 hours difference, not 3
