Upgrades Jollyday from 0.30.0 to 0.32.0.

@wborn Do you see any implications of the breaking change in 0.31.0? Seems they have changed the naming in the API, see https://github.com/focus-shift/jollyday/pull/467/files

It looks like you can still use them but they are deprecated.
