@jlaur Inspired by the fact that not everyone has NPM installed on his system, I added an upload artifact action to the build workflow of the library, it is now possible to download the webpacked library actions from GitHub, e.g. for the last run of the build action in this PR: https://github.com/openhab/openhab-js/actions/runs/9413184550?pr=340
