Add prerm and postrm scripts for addons #116

If openhab-*addons is uninstalled then the kar folder should be removed and the service restarted if running.

@kaikreuzer, would it be "cleaner" to clean the cache and tmp folders if the addons/*.kar files are removed? Or would a restarting the service be sufficient?

Why do we need to restart at all? What happens, if the kar is removed? I'd assume the bundles are uninstalled and the runtime will try to reload them from the remote repo within a minute again.

Closing, since I think the behaviour Kai described aboves works as intended, so no restart necessary.
