The dryrun of the APT/YUM distribute task completed successfully, and the metadata calculations deal with the repo signatures.

@pfink, I think this is all setup now. Once this is merged, running the openhab-linuxpkg-release cloudbees project will build and publish 2.2.0 to APT and YUM repos.
