@mortommy nice one. One minor comment if I may: I believe "en-US" (second part uppercase) is more common around. (random example)

Yes but I found in examples, referred to multi-language support, always the notation in lowercase, same for folder names and configuration file located at “~/.mycroft/mycroft.conf”
