Emulator support for config #11

Thx! Could you do the 'sign off' thing in your commit message? (as described in https://github.com/openhab/openhab.pebble/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md)

The openHAB people want to avoid problematic intellectual property issues. I had to promise to do this for all contributions when I moved the code into the openhab organization on github.

@llamahunter I think I've done it (rebased-squash and forced push).

@llamahunter thanks for the kind review, not sure what happened there :-( Rebase/squash and force pushed again.

As a heads up sometime in the last few days the demo URL for OpenHAB appears to have changed so using http://demo.openhab.org:9080 in the emulator (rather than 8080) is the way to go. This does expose a new a different issue (issue #13) though.
