Combine release, milestone and snapshot builds into one build job Type of build is decided based on version in store beta and candidate channels Candidate channel is used for milestone builds if there is any Beta channel is used to determine if we need release build

This will simplify automates builds using snapcraft.io/build

Updating post-rerefresh hook with changes from update script in openHAB
