Fixes some DSM < 6 and DSM 6.1.3 Update 3 bugs. Added PID file support. Added configurable port support

Fixes karaf start bug on DSM 6.1.3 Update 3 (special thanks to @ToSa27)
Add PID file support to display package status.
Add Java 1.8 check
Add logging details
Change some things for DSM < 6 like:
- go back to .zip file with 7z command
- change grep -oP commands
- add PID file support
Add configurable port support.
- Updating the wizards for port configuration
- Updating install.sh for setting the selected port
