preview and insert icons #263

I think it would be nice if you could see a preview of the icon you define for an item.

Like on a mouse hover.

Also a auto complete would be nice. So when I start typing themper... there should be a list of the possible icon names and a preview of each so I can choose the one I like.

I do not know if this feature is still relevant in OH3 (still using OH2).

Thought exactly about this yesterday for my custom icons in the conf folder. Not sure if openHAB api provides an endpoint for this.
