Visual studio code does not detect duplicate item names #87

It looks like visual studio code does not check duplicate items.

Hi @HomeOfSourceCode! Please report this issue on Eclipse SmartHome repository. This is a feature of the Language Server, that's implemented outside VSCode extension. Thank you!

@HomeOfSourceCode Please only report it if you can confirm that you are using VS Code with an active and working LSP connection - otherwise it is clear that you won't see this error.
