[MainUI] Enable "Hide Navigation Bar" and "Hide Sidebar Icon" parameters also for Fixed Canvas and Tabbed Layouts #2104

The problem

"Hide Navigation Bar" and "Hide Sidebar Icon" parameters are only avaibale for Fixed Grid Layouts There is a workaround described here: https://community.openhab.org/t/oh3-hide-navbar/115117/28 But this should not be "the normal" way to realize this.

Your suggestion

"Hide Navigation Bar" and "Hide Sidebar Icon" parameters should also be availabel for Fixed Canvas and Tabbed Layouts
