Icons not updateing correctly #195

It looks like dynamic Icons aren't working in OH3 anymore (3.1.0.M5 installed at the moment). E.G. the standard "Power"-Icon for switches stays red all the time.

Further investigations showed that the state wasn't saved to the image cache what made OH for Windows App to take the false image
