lgtv-Binding not in apt-repo #1798

Hi,

sadly, the official apt repo (http://repository-openhab.forge.cloudbees.com/release/1.6.1/apt-repo/) does not feature the new lgtv binding (#925).

Maybe it's just a error in the build process :)

it is there but under the secret name ${deb.name}-1.6.1.deb :-) (see #1799 for the fix)
