[FritzboxTr064] Feature Request: Support Fritz!DECT 200 #5304

Add support for the Fritz!DECT 200 smart home power plugs to the fritzboxtr064 binding.

For a initial code change, see #4808 But the PR was not merged!

@cniweb I switched to OpenHAB2 in the meantime. There, I use the avmfritz binding for the Fritz!DECT and therefore I am not pursuing the development of the old pull request any more.

However, I put the code back online here: https://github.com/bbock/openhab1-addons/commit/dd1f843f420770d20b9cb4eb3f0c1793bd2e20b5, if you or anybody else wants to pick it up and develop it further.
