maybe the pushbullet.cfg configuration examples need to be moved down at the bottom section of the Readme?

Quick question: On the description of accesstoken should the link redirect to pushbullet.com or point to the section below (#obtaining-an-api-key) ?

I'd say, since the current link to pushbullet.com doesn't actually provide any information about access tokens or how to obtain them, the link needs to be modified to actually point to such information. Whether that's a link to another section in this document or the pushbullet.com site, I don't think much matters.
