[rrd4j] Enhance README with better examples #5786

Updated the documentation in order to: -show and explain contents of the default rrd4j.cfg -give explanation for needed item-list in rrd4j.cfg AND rrd4j.persist. -remove mismatch of text and posted example -give usable example for 2 archive configurations

All checks failed? Is there something I need to change? It is a change in the documentation only, why/how should a build fail on that?
