[Mongodb] Mongo Addon Missing from PaperUI #5867

Expected Behavior

From the Paper UI I'm trying to install Persistence Add-On for MongoDB but it is missing even though it was listed as a supported

Current Behavior

I have navigated to the Paper UI --> Addons I expect to see the MongoDB option listed but it is not there

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for Bugs)

I'm unable to add MongoDB for persistence

Your Environment

Version: 2.4.0 (Build) OS: Openhabian

Persistence services are in https://github.com/openhab/openhab1-addons, I'll thus move the issue there.

I don't believe you can install MongoDB through PaperUI. @lewie?
