openHABian no longer installing properly with RaspiOS Sep 22nd #1731

Exact conditions unclear Since (at least) the Sep 22nd release, RaspiOS interactively asks for a user and does not proceed with booting unless you enter one.

Need to rework line66ff (renaming of user "pi" does no longer work as it does no longer exist)

RaspiOS supplies a rename-user script, useful ?
