openhabian-config overwrites ~openhabian/.bash_aliases even if modified by user #1804

Issue information:

on openhabian scripts update, using openhabian-config, file ~openhabian/.bash_aliases is (forcibly) overwritten, even if file was manually modified by the user.

This shall not happen and if the file is modified it shall not be overwritten.
