Hue control selection #710

This provides a configuration option to select between AUTO, HUE, or XY commands for setting color control.

By default, the binding will attempt to auto detect the commands to use to set the colour -it will use HUE commands if the device supports this, otherwise XY will be used. For most devices, this should work fine however there have been reports of some devices reporting that they support HUE commands, but not actually implementing them - using the manual override provided here will allow these devices to be supported.
