HABmin - added Polish localisation #154

Hello there,

I've played around HABmin - great job so far! Looking forward to have openhab 2.0 released along with this awesome tool :)

Here's my small contribution to your project - I've added Polish translation. I will do my best to keep pace with your releases.

Hi. Thanks for this - it’s really appreciate a I know there are quite a few Polish people using OH2 :)

Note that I also have a tool on my website which should make it easier to translate this - it’s here (http://www.cd-jackson.com/index.php/openhab/habmin-translator http://www.cd-jackson.com/index.php/openhab/habmin-translator). I’ll also import your translation in here as well - if you want to edit through this site then I will give you access if you have a login? You can email me privately if you like.
