Version selection for docs behaving strangely #275

When on the index page, selecting a version other than "latest" or "2.5" (in the upper-left corner drop-down) under the Documentation tab, or selecting anything other than "latest" under the Add-ons tab doesn't seem to work. It just re-directs back to the default.

Also, when on a binding documentation page, the version drop-down in the upper right corner is only visible once you have selected an alternate version in the upper left corner, and then only displays the current version and "latest" rather than all available versions.

Finally, there does not seem to be a way to find documentation for V1 bindings anywhere through openhab.org or v2.openhab.org.

We have made several changes to the docs and version selectors.
