Sometimes it makes sense to use the add-ons KAR with Docker. With this change there will also be a button to download it on the Docker download page.

Hm, i am not happy with the hardcoded snapshot urls but that's not a problem of this pr to be fair. :D

I will adress this globally at a later point.
