Downloads Page for OH 4 Milestone still say to install Java 11 #400

Unfortunately I don't know Vue Press well enough to figure how what to change where. I searched for "Java 11" and didn't find anything that seemed like the right spot.

I think I know what needs to change, I'll submit a PR.
