Add back Open-Source section, Update things count, Align overall styling

Updates the open-source section of the homepage. It removes the references to Eclipse SmartHome, and instead focuses on Java, Apache Karaf and the openHAB Foundation e.V.
Updates the things count.
Aligns overall styling wrt to margin and padding.
