Add archive creation timestamp #17

Each archive should have some self descriptive entries, such as the time it
was created, and possibly a uuid.

Commit r129 in trunk adds an archive creation timestamp, in GMT, formatted the 
same
way the {a,c,m}time fields are formatted.
