Patch oh-mainline to make sure the new option for Trac flows through into the web UI so we can fix the configuration of GHC.

Do note that when developing on your own computer, you can just run 'python manage.py runserver' and not "deploy" it.

Hello Asheesh,

I created a pull request for adding the Difficulty field and some documentation.

I need this to be live so I can correctly input the GHC bug tracker, so I am not closing this ticket yet, but I do need you to review and push when everything is ok.
