Github API v2 is being deprecated in favor of the v3 API #95

GitHub has shut down their v2 API in favor of v3: https://github.com/blog/1160-github-api-v2- end-of-life

I aim to update the GitHub importer soonish.

I've got the GitHub importer mostly overhauled for v3, plus working with scrapy. Have a couple small changes to make to it, hopefully get to those before next week.
