Not a google form splash page.

Actually that didn't work at all, I ended up using an iframe hack (suggested by http://sneakysheep.com/google-docs-form-tool-version-2/), see commit: https://github.com/openhatch/oh-contribution-stories/commit/dfba43141d26ce71df83f74f29cdd32c2d49960d.

This seems to work but one or two times the contributions have gotten "lost" which is really not acceptable. Trying to brainstorm ways to make sure this 100% reliable.
