Github.io pages don't update dynamically enough to demonstrate changes #36

Is it possible to to force the site to update? If not, do we want to explore alternatives?

According to @paulproteus there is a secret hack. Add to documentation.

Also, #41 could help with this if we host the sites ourselves, rather than relying on Github Pages.

Added the hack to the documentation (see here https://openhatch.org/wiki/Open_Source_Comes_to_Campus/Curriculum/Git/Students#Once_merged.2C_visit_your_changes_on_the_web and here https://openhatch.org/wiki/Open_Source_Comes_to_Campus/Curriculum/Git/Instructors). Making this clear to organizers/mentors/students has worked fine at subsequent events.
