Those issues are:

There is a horizontal rule right at the top where there shouldn't necessarily be -- it's confusing to have two horizontal rules but only have of them be where the person folds the piece of paper
The bulleted list in the second section has "Questions you should be able to answer" as a bullet -- but it's supposed to be before the bulleted list starts.

The generating files are here https://github.com/openhatch/open-source-comes-to-campus/tree/master/communication-handout but I'm not going to close the issue until the readme is updated to explain how one actually obtains the pdf.

I updated the manual .odt and .pdf versions, and deleted the pdf-generating folder you made, @paulproteus. I'm totally down if you want to re-implement that pdf-generating system, but you need to document it - otherwise it just hangs around and confuses people.
