automate Practicing Git projects setup

@paulproteus has mostly done this (see https://github.com/openhatch/open-source-comes-to-campus/tree/master/scripts) but creating this issue to document the minor changes needed:

• In setup_practicing_git,the prompt "Now is a good time to go create 6 Github organizations, starting with 'rutgers-'." is not entirely clear (or at least I don't think would be to someone who hasn't seen this syntax before. We can just add a, 'ie rutgers-1, rutgers-2'.)
• On one run, it didn't populate issues into rutgers-1, but did for rutgers-2 through rutgers-6. When I deleted and re-ran, it created issues for all of them.
• Include in instructions somewhere to edit github-website-editing-demo if you want to change what's actually getting cloned (ie to reflect the event itself).
• Instructions are currently only for Linux. It would be nice if it ran on Windows & Mac (maybe a feature for event attendees to work on?) but not strictly needed as hosts may well have Linux or we can spend 5 min running it for them.
