OSCTC events should list a schedule on the event page #61

Yes. To do this, the template site (https://github.com/openhatch/github-website-editing-demo) should be updated to contain a schedule section.

The thing is that we frequently don't have a set schedule when we begin publicity. My thought is that when we get a schedule, we replace the "in the morning", "in the afternoon" and "throughout the day" paragraphs in the first section with the schedule, but perhaps it's better to have a separate, very short section with a "coming soon"?
