This can be done by individual local mentors, during the career panel if that's convenient, or in a separate google hangout with Shauna or Asheesh.

This is currently being built into how we present projects during projects time, but I won't close the issue until it's been implemented and successful.

I think that our conception of the contributions workshop has changed, once again, so much that this issue doesn't make sense. So: closing.
